We definitely have the delivery driver insanity 😀 although this is especially true of cats (Luna's nemesis) and the big fat Wood pigeons that we get in the front garden. But it is not all the time which is the frustration. We have actually missed packages because she did not react 😅

This was a fantastic read, Lauren. Clear, compassionate, and packed with actionable tips. I especially appreciated the reminder that management isn’t giving up—it’s the groundwork for real change. Thank you for writing something so genuinely helpful for both dogs and their humans.

Shadow used to sit in the bay window and shriek at baby strollers and power wheelchairs. It would have been good for me to have read this article back then.

That sounds noisy! I've only came across one dog that would go nuts if she saw strollers or bikes going past the house, but outside she was fine! I've found that usually it's the other way round; fine inside with them but nuts outside.

I've missed packages too when Luna hasn't reacted 🤣, it's hard to tell sometimes cause she'll run to the door barking at the slightest noise lol. Although she is getting better, thank god she doesn't bark at wood pigeons we have so many of them 😅
